The DXT Precision Mouse is a vertically aligned mouse that is operated by the fingertips and doesn't rest against the palm at all. The mouse's shape allows your hand and wrist to adopt a neutral posture, with about 20 degrees of extension and 10 degrees of ulnar deviation. Press a button to switch it from right-handed to left-handed operation.
